With the understanding that addiction is a disease and the realization that we are powerless over it as well as over people's lives, we are ready to do something useful and constructive with our own.
Then, and only then can we be of any help to others.
Oh Sharon.... So terribly sorry to hear this news. I will definitely be keeping you and your husband Rich in my thoughts and prayers and wishing him a full and hopefully speedy recovery and lots of strength for you my friend. I know I'm too far away to be much good for anything but prayers, but please let me know if there is anything else at all I can do for you.
