With the understanding that addiction is a disease and the realization that we are powerless over it as well as over people's lives, we are ready to do something useful and constructive with our own.
Then, and only then can we be of any help to others.
Please know that I am praying for Rich. I pray for all of you as you move through these days of stress and worry. Thinking of you all and keeping you in my daily prayers.
Love,
Meg

Thanks for the update Sharon. I know when things fall apart here, I keep reminding myself that God will not give me more than I can handle. He will not put more on my plate than I can work through. I am sure you have the tools and strength to handle this.
I will continue prayers for Rich, you and your family.
And oh yes...I will pray for a smaller plate for you!
Sharon, I am so sorry for this. Hang in there and may Jesus heal him with as little pain as possible. Sending you my prayers. With love and fellowship, Elissa
Many prayers going your way, Sharon - for you and Rich. May God bless you and your family and give you peace. May your ALO see how fragile life is and may it make a difference.
The Lord is near to the broken hearted, and those who are crushed in spirit.
