All,

A common issue on the forum is related to a simple question as to how old
you are. When you register you are asked when you were born. The
choices are: "before that day 13 years ago" which would make you 12
yrs old or less or "On or after that date 13 years ago" which would make
you 13 or older. By law you have to have permission from your parent or
legal guardian in order to participate on the forum if you younger than 13.
